Price including utilities is around $650- sometimes it is a little cheaper or a little more expensive. Roughly usually stays at 650. Currently space for a small ikea table, a desk and chair, a full size bed and a storage unit/ set up closet. This space gives you access to big balcony. Sectioned off with curtains so it is like your own room. There is another person on the other half of living room. You get a linen closet that offers a good amount of space. There are three other people in the apartment besides myself. Laundry in units. Preferably for someone looking for short term, as the lease is renewed in August and rent will go up :( Also easier if you are a more independent person.
