Why are you looking for a renter? I'm moving in with wife in DC before our first baby arrives in June. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease through September 30. I am flexible on the start date. The rent is subsidized with a $1000 signing bonus. The gross rent on the lease is $2500/month. The effective rent is $2300/month. What do you love about this place? Brand-new building with tons of natural light. 10 minute walks from the A/C and 2/3/4/5 right along Franklin Ave, which has all the best bars, restaurants, coffee shops, bodegas, and bagel places in Crown Heights. Less than a mile from Prospect Park, Botanical Gardens, and Brooklyn Museum. Parking is available for an additional fee. All spots are assigned. Outdoor parking is $150/month and indoor is $200/month. What isn’t so great about this place? The doorman is only around 9 hours/day, 11 am - 8 pm. Sharing a laundry room can be a drag, but it is more affordable than the laundromats on Franklin.
