Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Currently live in 20 Exchange, which is a newly renovated luxury building in the Financial District, right off Wall Street, and close to the Brooklyn Bridge, South Street Seaport, Stock Exchange. and almost all subway lines (4,5,2,3,R,A,C,J,Z). As I am moving, I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting July 1 2016. The lease goes through the end of October. The unit itself is very nice, with new appliances and bathroom. The building itself comes with all the bells and whistles of a luxury building: doorman, gym, concierge service, lounge, etc. Also, if you're interested in the furniture, should be able to hook you up on a good deal.
