Entire place in Carroll Gardens, NY

Furnished with washer/dryer/dishwasher in unit. We are a couple subletting our furnished apartment while we temporarily move to California from October to June (Possibly longer). We are looking for one person or a couple to live in our home and care for it as if it is their own. The apartment is in a charming brownstone and gets drenched with light the entire day. It is 1250 square feet with a large master bedroom and a small office/half bedroom just off the master bedroom. We use it as an office and it holds two big desks, two bikes and multiple guitars among other things. There’s also a large walk-in closet with great shelving, a murphy bed (full) for guests to enjoy and beautiful wide-plank floorboards throughout. The dining room has a large handcrafted reclaimed wood dining table that seats 8 people comfortably. We host a lot of dinners and have extra folding chairs for additional guests. While the appliances are not super modern, the washer/dryer and dishwasher are all in excellent condition. We have lovely, quiet neighbors in the building. The apartment is one of four in the building and it takes up the entire 2nd floor. The neighborhood of Carroll Gardens is clean, pleasant and serene. Trees are plentiful and the area boasts some of the best bars and restaurants in New York City, including Lucali’s which is only half a block away. There are lots of grocery stores, ice cream shops, cafes, fitness studios and wine stores nearby. We’re only a few blocks from both Carroll Park and the incredible Brooklyn Bridge Park. Within walking distance, you can be in Gownus, Fort Greene or the historic neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights.
