Private room in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am a teacher and am moving to Nashville for a summer fellowship. What do you love about this place? This beautiful apartment has a river view and is 50 yards from Pier 26 in Tribeca. It is a prime downtown location and is on the same street as many famous restaurants. My two roommates are friends from college who will be traveling most weekends over the summer. My room is the master bedroom and is incredibly spacious for NYC and for the price. The building is extremely clean and well managed. It is one of the most desired locations to live in the city! Also, it is 0.2 miles from the 1 train. What isn’t so great about this place? There is one bathroom for three people, but my roommates are rarely home. I am looking for a woman to sublet as that is my roommate’s preference.
