Private room in Outer Sunset, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm traveling for 3 months and looking for someone to fill my spot! What do you love about this place? Charming 3 bedroom house at the start of the Outer Sunset. Beautiful bright space with open layout, including a spacious living room, sunroom, and backyard. Kitchen has lots of countertop space and is fully stocked with kitchen appliances. Separate rooms for bathroom and shower. Washer and dryer in the garage, with ample storage space. No one living above or below, and situated in a quaint neighborhood, this the perfect place to come home and relax. We have two adorable and loving cats who mostly keep to themselves, but bring a warm animal energy. The neighborhood is delightful, with lots of options to eat out and the beach is a 30 minute walk or 10 minute bike. What isn't so great about this place? It's the Sunset, so traveling to different parts of the city can take some time. We're near the 19th ave 28/28R bus stop and 23rd ave 7/7x bus stop. Closest BART stations are Daly City and Balboa, both about a 30 min bus ride.
