Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking for a female girl to take over my lease because I will not be living in my apartment during the summer. Shared room with a roommate! The apartment is located in the heart of Los Angeles and is really close by to downtown la, Koreatown, central Los Angeles. What do you love about this place? Affordable, clean and quiet, very spacious fast internet and gated community really chill and nice roommate! What isn’t so great about this place? The owner was not so friendly, but I rarely had any problems so it shouldn't be a huge deal
