Why are you looking for a renter? i currently live alone in this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment. i travel frequently for work, so would be happy to have someone else around the house, especially when I am gone for long stretches of time. the bedroom is available to rent starting August 28th until mid November, possibly longer. I am open to various rental lengths longer than 2 weeks at a time. What do you love about this place? Built in 1896, remodeled in 2017, my home has plenty of old charm with a recent face lift! Situated in Bernal Heights, a quiet SF neighborhood away from the hustle of the city. My home has: no upstairs neighbors and a private patio which gets great sunshine. Washer/Dryer inside, kitchen with garbage disposal and dishwasher, central heat, a T/V but no cable. About Bernal Heights: A hidden gem of SF, Bernal still has the feel of a neighborhood in the midst of the city. There are several huge parks within walking distance (with wonderful views) a great walking street with restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery, bars, shops and a grocery store. Of course, the mission is our neighbor, with plenty of nighttime action at your fingertips. My home is close to 280 freeway for easy access to the South Bay (peninsula, San Jose) a 15 minute walk from bart, and street parking is easy for SF!
