Entire place in Williamsburg, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Hi all- we are planning to start a family soon and need more space so unfortunately that means we have to give up our AMAZING apartment in East Williamsburg. We have been in this building since it was built about 5 years ago and absolutely love this unit. Rent includes water, gas, and rental of washer and dryer. The building only has eight units in total and our unit has a small back balcony with enough room for a couple chairs- it’s lovely when the weather is nice. Huge floor to ceiling windows in the living room and everything has been freshly painted and brand new floors in the living area. Tons of storage space- there is a storage room over the bathroom easily accessible with a ladder and we’ve been able to keep a lot of our stuff we don’t use frequently up there. The unit has tall ceilings which make it seem even larger than it is and there’s tons of wall space if you’re into art or have a large tv like us. Additionally, we have the nicest and most amazing next door neighbors and everyone in the building is great! Less than a 5 minute walk from the L at Montrose Avenue and also within walking distance to the J/Z. What do you love about this place? Location, walking distance from tons of great restaurants and bars as well as multiple grocery stores. Amazing high ceilings make this place look a lot bigger than it is and we have truly loved living here - absolutely hate to leave! What isn’t so great about this place? Sometimes neighbors can be a bit noisy in the stairwell coming up and down
