Entire place in Brooklyn, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Hi there-- because of COVID, my husband and I have left the city and do not plan to return. We're looking to see if anyone would be interested in taking over our lease as a result. What do you love about this place? This spot is SO convenient to so much-- it's only a 8 min walk to the Borough Hall station (R/4/5/2/3) in one direction and an 8 min walk to Jay Street Metro the other direction (A/C/E/F). In addition it's half a block from Trader Joe's and within a few minutes to several gyms (Planet Fitness, Blink, NY Sports Club, Orange Theory etc etc). We love how updated our apartment is- we were the first tenants so everything is brand new. We also face into the courtyard so it's a quiet space. In addition, we LOVE our "garage"-- the laundry room is huge and has really been a great storage space for us! What isn't so great about this place? The super will fix things when asked, but sometimes has a poor attitude about things and sometimes you have to ask 2-3 times. The doormen change often so it's hard to develop a relationship with them and means they never fully know who is a resident and who is not. Within our unit, you have to be careful with the kitchen counters as they can stain easily--- if you keep on top of wiping it down it's fine. The appliances are also a weird brand and if parts break it takes a few weeks to get them in because they come from overseas.
