Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm a digital nomad and thought I could stay in one spot for 8 months, BUT I made it 4 months and now am ready to change locations again :) This building and apartment are AWESOME though. I even bought some new furnishings thinking I'd be here longer. So it's fully furnished and we can make a deal if you need furniture. Either you buy it, or I sell it to someone. I am flexible on move in date. Lease goes until May 31st, 2019. You are allowed to extend it longer or renew too. NO HIDDEN OR BROKER FEES. Apt will go quick! What do you love about this place? I love how big the apartment is. I love how it feels like a one bedroom because the bed is in an alcove. I love the convenience of the front desk guys and the gym has every bit of equipment I need. I love the location. It's bright. It's not too loud at all. Super quiet at night time. Everyone that works here is super nice. The heat/AC work great! maintenance responds super quick. Really do love everything about it here. What isn't so great about this place? Not a thing!
