Why are you looking for a renter? I'm traveling abroad and need someone to fill my room. It is so comfortable and cozy! What do you love about this place? How I can lie in the bed in a clean, cozy, comfortable bed and watch TV on the wall. The ac is on making it cool and refreshing....like an oasis. What isn't so great about this place? Honestly, nothing. You will be sharing with 3 females who are very clean and quiet. Often, you will have the place to yourself. If you like that, it's great. If you want loads of chatty conversation, you will be disappointed. Everyone is busy with her own life. The good thing is that the place is quiet!!!
