This is an AMAZING DEAL - the same apartment one floor lower is available for $3,690 from the management company. About the apartment: 11-ft ceilings, W/D in unit, hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows, A/C unit, two large closets. This is a full service doorman building with a gym, pool, and large outdoor terrace. This apartment is available for a Sept 1-15 move-in date.
