We are looking for a working professional to share our amazing Marina flat. Sun-filled room available that looks out at our own backyard (lemon tree included!) for rent in a three bedroom, one and a half bathroom, apartment in the Marina. The apartment is located right on Chestnut street within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, and bars. It's a perfect location. Looking for a mid-twenties to early thirties female to fill the space. Move-in is flexible beginning April. Roommates (mid-twenties): super laid back yet organized with great taste in dogs and friends. Enjoy traveling and being north of the city on the weekends. We like to spend time in this area during the week when not traveling for work. Would live well with someone who balances time at home and time away well. An ideal roommate would be someone who is clean, invested in themselves, normal and respectful.
