Private room in Williamsburg, NY

We have an available room in a 4-bedroom loft located in the heart of Williamsburg (on N. 3rd St. between Berry and Wythe). The location is perfect: The neighborhood is extremely safe and everything you could possibly need is within a couple blocks of the apartment (subway, Citi Bike, Whole Foods, Equinox, shops, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, etc). The apartment is a 2000+ sq. foot loft with original hardwood floors, exposed brick, big windows, and 13-foot ceilings. It has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room with a big flat-screen TV (equipped with cable, HBO, Showtime, Apple TV, Netflix, etc.), an open, galley-style kitchen stocked with cookware and spices, wine and beer fridges, a dishwasher, and a giant common area with a seating area and pool table. There's also a private elevator entrance that opens directly into the apartment. The private room with lots of natural light from two large windows that would be yours is also huge--200 sq. feet! It can easily fit a queen size bed, night stands, and plenty of furniture. The room is next to the common area and would share a bathroom with two of the other roommates. If you move in, your roommates will be two guys and one girl in their late 20s and early 30s. They work in real estate, sales, and technology, all enjoy watching/playing sports, going to concerts and travelling, and have active social lives. We're looking for the following in a roommate: male or female between 25 and 35 years old, no couples. Someone who is clean, respectful of others, easy to live with, etc. The sublet costs $2000/month + utilities. The lease runs until August 31, however a longer term commitment is definitely possible. One of us has been in the place for 3 years. Move-in date is flexible--ideally between December 15th and 31st. Early January could be alright as well if necessary.
