Hi, I'm looking to sublet my room from a two bedroom apartment at 47th and 10th. This modern apartment was newly renovated. The rent is $1750 a month plus utility (electricity and wifi), which is an amazing price for such a nice apt in midtown. The room will be available March 1st to May 31st. Could extend the lease afterwards. The apartment is in the heart of hell's kitchen, but much quieter. It comes with a dishwasher and wash/dryer in the unit. It's 5-10 minutes walk to 42nd Times Square subway station and 50th St station. You can get to anywhere easily. There're a tons of restaurants and bars around the apt, a lot of delis and supermarkets. Coffee shop downstairs. Hudson Terrace and the Press lounge is block's away. Two blocks to Hudson river. Super convenient in any way. You will be living with a cool second-year law student and a lovely dog. Must be respectful, clean, and pay your rent on time.
