Why are you looking for a renter? Looking for a highly qualified renter for our luxury townhome as we are moving out of the area. What do you love about this place? Love the space - 2 floors, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There’s a front door for very easy exit and entry! The roof decks are amazing - sunsets, grilling, sunbathing. The location is also fantastic. Easy walk to Smith and Court streets with great restaurants and entertainment or head the other director into Park Slope. What isn't so great about this place? Honestly nothing - the shower pressure was a bit low so we switched the shower head and fixed that.
