Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? My girlfriend and I are permanently moving to Denver. What do you love about this place? this is one hell of an apartment. the building is well maintained with tremendous staff service. We have the Penthouse unit on the corner, meaning that you dont have anyone above you and besides you! It's surprisingly very quiet. The location is tremendous. 2/3 , 4/5, J lines are less than 3 min walk. You have access to 2 gyms, a rooftop and a basketball court downtairs. What isn't so great about this place? Could feel a bit small ( 650 sq feet)
