UTILITIES INCLUDED. - FURNISHED room - Exercise Machine in room available for use (not movable) - Hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment w/ stainless steel appliances - W/D unit in a finished basement - Private BACKYARD - 2 short blocks from 2/5 train - 15 min walk to Q/B train - 15 min bus to F/G - 15 mins to Atlantic/Barclay center and 20 min walk to Prospect Park - walking distance to Medical Center - Surrounded by grocers/restaurants/banks, and more!! What do you love about this place? The location, the amenities (including laundry and a back yard), proximity to trains, and so much more! What isn't so great about this place? Summers can be loud with music, but not often.
