Private room in New York, NY

I am looking for a renter because I just booked a show that is out of the country for quite some time. This place is absolutely amazing and I'm so sad to give it up. The living room comes fully furnished, the bedroom has an amazing tall closet with built in shelves, we have in unit washer/dryer for laundry, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge (all new by the way), a shower that has water come out of 4 different heights, flat screen TV built into the wall, located on the second floor, and we have a fire escape! Plus, central heating and new A/C units that come with the room/apartment.
