Hello! We are two guys and a girl looking for a roommate. Our current roommate is moving on to bigger, better things in a doctoral program in Florida. We are in our late twenties, early thirties, all young professionals in education, finance and sales. Our apartment is well cared for and maintained. There are no parties at the apartment and we keep a serene and quiet atmosphere. We have a cat named Donnie who is very gentle. We share responsibility in keeping our own rooms and shared spaces clean. We have created quite a respite here and we would love to keep it this way. The perfect candidate is someone who is either in college or is a young professional with a steady income, who is intelligent, polite and responsible. We prefer someone who doesn't cook much. You must have first and last months rent as a deposit and an agreement to stay for at least one year. Utilities are included which are gas, electricity, water and wifi. Once you see the place and think you'd want to move in, we ask you to provide proof of income and a few personal references.
