Private room in Brooklyn, NY

Aug 6- Sept 6 I will be going back home for a month! Very spacious room in 2 bedroom apartment, short walk from prospect park. Room is fully furnished and has plenty of closet space. Entire apartment gets a lot of light and has roof access. Grocery, laundry and 2/5 subway stop are across the street, the Q is a short walk away. Very easy commute to Manhattan, as well as most of Brooklyn. Calm residential area, short train ride to Franklin- fun cafes, bars and dinner spots. My favorite thing about this location is how close it is to the Prospect park and the botanical garden. Utilities and Internet included. Sorry no pets, roommate is allergic. Roommate is very open and positive. Very busy and not home too much. Currently I am looking for someone to sublet for august, but if looking for a long term place, our lease will be up end of sept, so let me know and maybe we can work something out.
