The apartment is a light and bright, 1200 sq ft and fully furnished in modern, yet comfortable decor. It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with high ceilings and wood floors in the common area. The kitchen and baths are tile and the bedrooms have neutral carpet. The place has central air and heat and the fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, a dishwasher, microwave and modern appliances. Your bedroom is fully furnished and has a large closet with full length sliding mirrored doors along one wall. The bed is a king sized (adjustable) daybed with storage drawers underneath. Your private full bathroom, with a shower and a tub, is across the hall. The monthly rent is $1800, which includes all utilities (water, gas, electric), high speed internet and maid service. There is a 55" flat screen TV in the living room with a deluxe and fully loaded AppleTV (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling, HBO Now etc) for everyone's viewing pleasure! Rent is due on the 27th for the following month. Total due at signing will be a $1500 security deposit + 1st month's rent. The security deposit will be refunded when you vacate, less any damages.
