Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving to another city. What do you love about this place? It is in a good direction, so everyday you will get up with sunshine. It is in midtown, but it is very quiet. Numerous restaurants around if you don't want to cook in the weekday. 10-15 minutes walk to 1,2,3,B,C,D,E,F subway station. 5 minutes walk to the Hudson river, which is a good place for running. Plus it is furnished so you can simply walk in with a suitcase. What isn't so great about this place? Sincerely I don't find any disadvantage of the apartment since I moved in. A few notes: There will be two ways of paying the rents. The first one is that I will transfer the apt and the official account, so it will have a application fee from the lease office. The second one is without transferring the official account. But it requires to pay two month security deposit (directly into apartment balance), i.e. you will not need to pay in the last two months. Personally I prefer the first one. It will be more convenient for both of us.
