Entire place in Fort Greene, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Unfortunately we are moving out of state this summer, which means giving up our great place. We're looking for someone to ideally take over our lease. What do you love about this place? Two huge rooms and 2 bathrooms. We get great light from the large windows in the living room and bedrooms (windows face both east and west). We are spoiled for amenities in this apartment and building: washer/dryer in unit, gym, common patio, loads of space for storage as well as bike racks in the parking garage, it's all here. The place is in a great location near Fort Greene park. It's an excellent locale for families with young kids. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (including Trader Joes and Whole Foods within a ten minute walk). This place is perfect for the Manhattan commute as we have the Q train nearby, as well as buses and bike lanes (including citibikes right next to the apartment). We're really sad to leave this place and wouldn't be leaving if we didn't have to relocate out of state. We're also wiling to throw in a bunch of our furniture for the next tenants.
