The good -- Amazing location - right by the F train, right between LES and East Village Great deal - you get the benefit of the 1 month off originally secured by the person who first got the lease, and new leases signed in this building are above 3000 and all have broker fees because the building now has an exclusive arrangement with a brokerage Luxury finishes - the space is newly renovated, so kitchen appliances (including dishwasher) are brand new and the bathroom...especially the shower.. is dope. Huge closet in the bedroom I painted an accent wall. It's blue. This may or may not be a plus for you :) I will give you a great deal on the 48 inch flat screen that is already installed and the IKEA couch w/ ottoman. The less good -- The windows face a building so there isn't a lot of natural sunlight It's small. The living/room kitchen area is probably around 300 square feet.
