Entire place in Ocean Park, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? We move out august 1st and we're looking for a summer roomate . What do you love about this place? The location and the outdoor space is amazing. Walking distance to whole foods (5 min) and 1 min from a corner store, 3 min to restaurants on rose, and 10 min walk to the beach. Food everywhere. The street is very charming! What isn’t so great about this place? There is no 'real' kitchen, but there is a kitchenette. Large Toaster oven for any roasting, natural gas grill, hot plate, tea kettle, coffee maker, and any cooking supplies you'll need. The biggest downfall is the sink, so you can totally cook out there but its more like camping style. So if you use paper plates ect. it should be fine!
