Why are you looking for a renter? Two of us share a 2-bedroom apartment. We are looking for a temporary replacement to be our guest roommate and stay in one of the private bedrooms for up to six (6) months while one of us is away on business. You would share the entire apartment with a roommate and have your own private bedroom/private 1/2 bath located inside your room. What do you love about this place? What is wonderful about our apartment is it is a 2-story gated apartment complex located on a quiet tree-lined residential block near all forms of shopping, banks and major freeways. We live on the top floor. And, it is a 25 minute drive from LAX! The Van Nuys Flyaway is 10 mins away from the apartment where UBER can await you for pick-up or drop-off. What isn’t so great about this place? No pets. No parking. No smoking.....but you will love this place!
