Why are you looking for a renter? I am traveling overseas for work and would love to find someone to rent out my room. I will be out for 3 months. You could also stay for the remainder of the lease which is 6 months (optional). What do you love about this place? The best part about this place is the location. 5 mins walk will take you to a grocery store, Best Buy, LaFitness, and more. 10 mins drive will take you to Santa Monica/Venice. The neighborhood is very safe and clean. The apartment is super spacious. Large living room with decent size kitchen. This is a 3bedroom unit with 2bathrooms. You would be getting the master bedroom.
