Entire place in Northwest Washington, DC

Why are you looking for a renter? Hi there, we are moving abroad a few months before our lease is up. It's an amazing place. The lease is up in mid-August so you can either just take it for the summer or do a new lease with the building's leasing office -- they're very easy to work with. What do you love about this place? We love being on the NW corner of the building, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Shaw neighborhood. We have a private outdoor space, we don't share a wall with any other units in the building (no noise!) and the layout & build quality of this modern space is great. It's like 1200 square feet. What isn't so great about this place? 1. The 2nd bedroom is much smaller than the main bedroom. It has a big closet and floor-ceiling window, has a bathroom directly across the hall (not ensuite like the master), but it is small. Our baby daughter currently lives there and she seems to like it. :-) 2. This is a very pet-friendly building. The management keeps it very clean but you will cross paths with lots of dogs so if you have dog allergies it's probably a bad idea.
