My girlfriend and I are looking to sublet our apartment on the Upper East Side from mid-January (flexible) to mid-July, with the option to re-sign after July (no pressure). NO BROKER FEE. Fully renovated with new stainless steel appliances w/ gas stove, dishwasher, Washer/Dryer in-unit (super rare find in NYC), massive subway tiled shower, rooftop garden (to open this spring). Dog-friendly. Super quite street, half block from Carl Schurz Park and bodegas, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, doggy daycare, etc. Easy access to the new 2nd ave Q train and 4/5/6 on Lex. Happy to negotiate specific pieces of furniture if interested (wardrobes, couch, entertainment center, etc). Thanks!
