Open layout fits both my fiancee and I comfortably, 14ft ceilings in the living room and bedroom, south facing views of the Hudson river and Freedom Tower/City skyline. I've lived here for about 1.5 years with zero issues, very attentive/friendly building staff and maintenance crew. Subtract $100/mo if you don't need Gym access. I was lucky enough to snatch this up an hour after it hit the market, and within 2 hours after I signed the building had already received several requests from current tenants to transfer to this unit. While storage isn't available in the building, we use the Manhattan Mini that is a 20ft walk from our buildings freight elevator, only $94/mo for a storage unit the size of our walk-in closet.
