Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving to another city because my company has moved the headquarter, hence I need someone to take the remainder of the lease. What do you love about this place? The building is new and amenities are amazing. Luxurious indoor pool with splash area for kids. Health club-class fitness center with juice bar and yoga room. The gym is well equipped and constantly cleaned by the staff. The staff is very friendly and reception works 24/7. I never had an issue with maintenance given the building is a 4-5 years old building. The club room has new equipment such as billiard and is connected with the Outdoor living in an expansive courtyard featuring lounge seating, fire pit, ping pong, barbecue grills and a splash pad barbecue. Great place to sit, relax and enjoy NY City view. The apartment is very well located with easy access to NY waterway station, Port imperial light rail and bus stop which can easily take you to Manhattan in 15-20 minutes. There are a plenty of good restaurants close to the apartment in which you can go by walking. There are two big supermarkets - ACME and Whole Foods, which are located no more than 5 minutes by car. Whenever you have a visitor, you can use the parking space dedicated to the visitors. There is an on site electric car-charging space and all parking spots are indoor. Note: The rent price includes internet and cable TV provided by Optimum. There is no option to remove this provider. If you need a parking space, you have to add $225/month. The new tenant should be submitted to background and credit checks and, if approved, will be part of the lease agreement. My name will be removed as sublet is not allowed. At the end of the lease, in mid-October, if you decide to not renew the lease, the $1000 security deposit will be returned to you.
