Hi! I've been living in a brand-new, gigantic 3-bedroom in the Inner Richmond (6th Ave b/w Clement and California) for the past two years and two of my roommates are sadly leaving San Francisco.I've found one new roommate and am looking for another, male or female, 20s-early 30s. About the room: Pretty much everything you see in the bedroom in the pictures is for sale for very good prices, so your move-in can be turnkey. Large closet. Not directly next to any of the other rooms so you have lots of privacy and reasonable sound insulation. One big window faces west towards Lands End. About the apartment: This place is a steal. It was built in 2016 and we were the first people to live in it. Common area and kitchen are fully furnished. Washer, dryer in unit + has a dishwasher. Private roof deck with incredible city views. Near the 38 and 1 buses for fast and easy commutes to downtown. 2 blocks from the presidio and a few blocks from Golden Gate park. Easy access to the fun and diverse restaurants and bars of Clement Street and in the Inner Richmond. This neighborhood is easily the most underrated in SF. About me: I'm a 28 year old male start up founder in the aerospace industry. I spend my time working, training for triathlons, playing basketball, playing music, going to concerts - so I'm not not around the house much during the week! I'm looking for a young professional with an active lifestyle and their life together who is clean and respectful, but fun, likes to have a good time, and will occasionally sit around with me and lament our current political malaise.
