Private room in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am having to return to the U.K. for a short period of time What do you love about this place? It’s a beautiful building with extremely friendly staff. My roommates are awesome and we have an adorable little dog to keep us busy! It’s in such a convenient location for good food and drinks spots, 5 mins walk to Fulton Station so easily accessible to travel to anywhere in NYC. What isn't so great about this place? The only thing is I wish I had my own en-suite but we all have different schedules so it’s not a big deal!
