Entire place in Crown Heights, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? Hi there! I recently left NYC and I'm looking for someone to take over the lease for my lovely studio apartment in Crown Heights. The rent has been paid through the end of September, and I’m hoping to find the right person to take over the lease through April next year. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! What do you love about this place? This is, by far, my favorite place I've lived in a decade of living in Brooklyn. It's a beautifully designed studio in a secure modern building with key fob access and a virtual doorman, extremely close to a bunch of trains, and just a few feet from Franklin Ave, one of my favorite places to walk, shop, eat, and drink in Brooklyn. The central AC is a genuine lifesaver during summer – same goes for the central heat in winter. Also, there's a dishwasher in the very modern kitchen and a newly renovated floor! There's also a really beautiful new grocery store one block away, and the 2/3/4/5/C trains are all about a 10-minute walk on Franklin. What isn't so great about this place? There's no laundry in the building, unfortunately, but there's a wonderful wash-and-fold/laundromat right around the corner on Franklin Ave, and a few others right nearby.
