Private room in Mission District, CA

Beautiful room furnished with Queen bed, two bed side tables, desk, bay windows, looks out the yard So basically, you're by a bunch of the best bars, restaurants, a block away from Dolores park, and five minutes walk from the BART station, in a lovely apartment for one of the best prices around! A well sized shared kitchen, with freezer, big refrigerator, gas cooker, oven, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, and basically all the good kitchen stuff! There's a laundromat less than three minutes walk up the road so you won't have to sit around there all day at wait for it - in fact, if you're feeling fancy, you could get a pedi or your nails did while you wait at the manicure place next door! The bathroom has a really good shower with the right kind of water pressure (nothing worse than a weak shower), and there's a bath too. The toilet is in a separate room as well, which certainly helps when you are sharing with three other people! We also have a nicely sized living room at the front with a big widescreen TV. We have Xfinity broadband, which is really fast and good for streaming, as well as basic cable. Also, we have a lovely patio space out back that gets a lot of sunlight, has a barbecue and outdoor furniture, and also a hammock - it doesn't get a lot of street noise, so is perfect for relaxing or a nice summer BBQ if the mood takes you. In fact, the room available has its own private entrance to down there! While we do share it with the rest of the building, it's not used that often.
