Private room in East Somerville, MA

I am looking for a female roommate to fill my bedroom in my apartment in Somerville starting as soon as this January, 2019, or later if that works better for you! The lease ends June 30th, 2019. I am flexible on the move-in date as I could move out any time, but the end date of the lease is set because my roommate cannot stay past June. **Please see qualifications outlined below before expressing interest** Location: East Somerville. Five minute walk to Sullivan Sq T stop on the orange line. Ten minute walk from the shops at Assembly Row. Great Mexican food and other restaurants along the main road (Broadway). Space: One spacious bedroom with hardwood floors and a bay window. There is also a large closet for you to use right outside the bedroom. Oversized windows with a lot of light throughout the house. Kitchen, living room and bathroom are all very spacious and clean. No pets allowed, unfortunately. Please let me know what your furniture situation is, as I can leave my furniture behind if needed. Laundry: coin operated machine in the basement. Parking: resident permit street parking. $40 for the year. $60 with an added visitor parking pass. I've never had trouble finding a spot right outside the apartment! Monthly Costs: Everything split down the middle. $950 for rent each. $20 for internet each. Utilities are around $100 each, but of course that changes with the seasons. It gets a lot lower in the summer months. Upfront Costs: $950 security deposit. Roommate profile: My current roommate (your potential future roommate) is a very nice, respectful, and low maintenance roommate. She likes to keep things tidy and clean. She doesn't have company regularly. She likes to watch crime shows and pretty much keeps to her room, but will chat pleasantly with you in common spaces. She's very quiet and probably the most considerate person I've met. She graduated recently from UVM and now works in a science lab. What we're looking for: A considerate, low maintenance, clean, and pleasant female roommate. Preferably around our age (recent college graduate). Qualifications: You must be approved by my landlords.
