Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking to sublease my apartment to someone who will be respectful of my furniture and keep a clean, quiet environment while I am working out of state. What do you love about this place? I love everything about this apartment - it's open, airy, clean vibe is almost like a hotel. It isn't your cookie cutter one bedroom - it has high ceilings, crown molding, a lot of space, tons of light at all times of the day, big windows, hardwood floors, beautiful furniture, a renovated kitchen, etc. It's very calming and relaxing, since it's on a quiet street, you can even hear the birds chirping when you open the windows yet it is centrally located in the city so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. What isn’t so great about this place? Is it a second floor walk up but I don't mind as there aren't that many steps. **please note, I am open to month to month leases as well as long term**
