Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving to another city for work, so I am unable to complete the lease. What do you love about this place? This place was just renovated when I moved in with brand new stainless steel appliances and new bathroom. It also faces Manhattan and you get a great view of midtown Manhattan all day with an especially great view at sunrise and sunset. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the subway. The commute to midtown Manhattan on the E or F train is on average 35-40 minutes (including walking time). The doormen are very friendly and helpful with a live-in super. The neighbors are friendly and considerate and there is hardly ever noise.
