Private room in The Heights, NJ

Why are you looking for a renter? This beautiful apartment is way too big for one person. As I've enjoyed the company of many roommates in the past, I'm looking to continue the tradition. What do you love about this place? So much space, sunlight, amazing kitchen (I'm a Chef), proximity to NYC, washer/dryer in unit, What isn’t so great about this place? This by no means bad, but it is not walking distance to the PATH station if that's what you're looking for. It's a 4-minute bus ride to the PATH station, which is 15 min from NYC, so you can still be in Manhattan in less than half an hour. The bus stops right in front of our building. I chose to live a little farther from the PATH because of all the extra space and amenities we get.
