Why are you looking for a renter? As much as we love this building, the staff and the amenities, we can no longer financially stay here. What do you love about this place? You have partial views of the Empire State building from the apartment and absolutely stunning views of the entire city from the roof-deck. This place is steps away from the 7, R, W, M and E train, which makes commuting into the City or to any of the boroughs a painless process! In addition, the laundry in unit is a huge game changer! It makes it so easy to throw in a load of laundry and not have to worry about trekking down to a basement 1 hour later to switch / bring it up. Not to mention, the gym in the building is great!
