Entire place in Sunnyside, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? We are looking for someone to sublet from now until July 1. We lived here for 2.5 years and loved it but I am starting a music studio in Brooklyn and have to sublet. What do you love about this place? This place is really nice! Light streaming in from all directions, awesome kitchen and bathroom, spacious, lots of closet space, solid pre-war brick building filled with pleasant folks. The neighborhood has a lot to it with restaurants/bars/yoga/coffee and the 7 train is less than 1 block away (we've been spoiled). 20 minute ride to midtown. Giant linden tree in the courtyard right outside the windows. What isn’t so great about this place? Honestly the only complaint is I can't play loud music 24/7, which is reasonable for any nyc apartment situation!
