Private room in Manhattan, NY

Posting for my roommate as I am leaving. I'm looking for a roommate to move into a 2bd/1ba apt in Murray Hill for a move in date of April 1. The bedroom is unfurnished and can fit up to a queen size bed with a couple small chests/drawers and comes with an AC unit. The apartment is on 39th and 3rd avenue on the 3rd floor of a walk up building. The area is unbelievably convenient. It's within blocks from Grand Central so there is a lot of train access and metro north close walking distance. In addition to lots of restaurants and bars, there's a supermarket directly below the apt and Trader Joe's is right down the street. I am a 26 year old guy (straight) originally from Miami who has lived in the city three years and it will be my second year living in the apt so I am very familiar with the area. I have an active social schedule and I work 9-5 Monday - Friday so I keep a pretty normal schedule. I'm a huge sports fan so I'll watch games and I'll have people over occasionally but I don't "bring the party home" or anything like that during the week. As far as cleanliness goes, I like to keep the common area as clean as possible but I'm not obsessive about it. I am looking for a roommate in the 23-28 age range who works a full-time job (must provide proof), clean, is respectful of the workweek schedule (I don't mind overnight guests just as long as they're respectful), 420 friendly, no pets. The rent is $1270 and one month's security deposit is required in addition to a $50 application fee. So total due is $2590. Utilities range from $40-$70 per month which include electric, heat/ac, internet, and basic cable. You will be signing a lease, but in terms of credit checks, the landlord's cool so as long as you can show proof of employment/income you're good.
