Hi! We're looking for people to take over our lease in our 3-bedroom apartment starting July 1, through October 31. The three rooms we have available are priced: 1100 (Large room) 950 (Smaller room) 950 (Smaller room) All rooms fit a full-sized bed. The larger room could fit a queen. We're located at Rogers and Park Place, which is a great location in (seriously) prime Crown Heights. Close to the Franklin 2/3/4/5 and the Nostrand A/C. We have furniture for sale, and some of the furniture is free. First and security to move in. Must have good credit/income or guarantors. Heat and hot water included!
