Why are you looking for a renter? Hi! I’m Kai-Li, a masters student at NYU. I'm heading back to Singapore for two months over the summer break and looking to sublet my room. What do you love about this place? The condominium was built less than a year ago and features hardwood floors, high ceilings, fantastic views of Manhattan, and floor to ceiling windows. The room itself is very spacious and comes with a full-sized bed and mattress as well as a chest of drawers and a desk. You will have access to the communal fourth-floor terrace, gym, and in-house laundry room, and a bike storage room. The kitchen has an abundance of appliances; a fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and electric kettle. Bathroom-wise we have a huge mirror, wall-installed lighting, and a sizable bathtub. Thermostat adjustable central heating and air conditioning, hot water, high-speed Verizon internet, and electricity bills are all included in the price. There are two other bedrooms, but only one will be occupied over the two months. Feel free to reach out to my flatmate if you have queries about maintenance issues during your stay. If you have a vehicle, parking is available on-premise in the basement garage at a daily rate or monthly rate. Street parking is also an alternative option.
