Private room in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am going to be out of NYC for the next few months for a graduate program and am looking to sublet while I am out of town What do you love about this place? The location is right in the heart of the East Village, so there are endless amazing things to do near by. The apartment has a very big kitchen (even by non-NYC standards) and plenty of natural light from east and west facing windows. Also, because the apartment was formerly 2 railroad apartments, each roommate has their own wing of the apartment. What isn't so great about this place? No outdoor space.
