Available from AUG 2019 to the end of MAY 2020, lease can be renewable. $1200 per month, utilities are not included but are usually 100 dollars per month per person. The apt is located at 5th floor at 150 Quarry St, Quincy, managed by Eaves Quincy. Elevator available. The management team is very responsible, therefore the building is in good condition. The master bedroom is huge, it comes with a private bathroom. It has a big walk-in closet, two big windows. It is also fully furnished: desk, chair, shoe rack, floor lamp, desk lamp, dresser and a full-size bed. The living room is big with a balcony; the kitchen is fully equipped. Ruiting has some cooking ware (rice cooker, coffee maker, pans, and baking ware) and would like to share them with the new roommate. The building has a fitness center, a swimming pool. It also has a package room where Amazon and other delivery entities can store your packages and send passcodes to your phone. Therefore, your packages are very safe. There’s a huge parking space in front of the building, it’s free and safe. Garages are also available but you’ll need to pay the fee. Laundry facilities are available in the building: there’s washer and dryer in each floor. No smoke please. Pets are welcome but you'll need to pay the fee :) Ruiting is now living in the smaller bedroom. A little about Ruiting: I've been living in this apt since 2017 when I completed my master degree. I really like it here. I am working in a pharmaceutical company in Boston. I have 9-5 schedule. I don't smoke and am not a big fan of party. When I am free, I like reading and watching movies.
