Looking for someone to sublet until the end of a 6-month lease which ends March 31st - the room would be available for signing after that. Move in date would be November 1st. Looking for someone who is responsible, considerate, clean, and pays rent and utilities on time. LGBT friendly. You will be sharing with one other roommate.
