Why are you looking for a renter? With a heavy heart, I'm moving out of New York for work. It is an exciting assignment and a good opportunity, but, man, how I will miss my beloved city. I am looking for someone to watch it while I'm gone, along with the walls that have housed me in it most recently. What do you love about this place? High ceilings, closet space, tall windows, full kitchen, big living space, two bathrooms, FREE INTERNET, and quiet roommates who are hardly there. You'll basically have the whole place to yourself. Washer and dryer in unit, and utilities included. The neighborhood sells itself. Right in the heart of Williamsburg - just steps away from an amazing array of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores, etc. Two blocks from both the Graham and Grand Avenue stop on the L, but also walking distance to the G, M, J trains, and B43, B24, B54, B60, B24. B59 and B62 busses. What isn't so great about this place? 3rd floor walk-up, but the built-in workout is worth it.
